Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a pak399 transaction without first contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms. pak399 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any amounts reversed via chargeback.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on pak399 — whether on cricket markets (including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 tournaments), casino games, crash, slots, or Super Bingo — are subject to the specific game rules and betting conditions displayed within each respective product section, as well as the general rules set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak399 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
